Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or proceed to purchase our products. We do reserve the right to accept or reject an order, whilst using our website for any reason.

Our Product
You agree that we are entitled to send you the items described in the image and description, however, understand, while every effort has been made to ensure our products are represented accurately, variations in stock occur due to the character of the product. Our products are handcrafted meaning your purchase is truly one of a kind. Every piece will be slightly different and while some "imperfections" may be present, these imperfections is what makes each piece unique and beautiful

Dried & Preserved florals are seasonal and natural, therefore slight variations in size, shape and colour will occur. We do reserve the right to make substitutions in the event flowers are not of the quality or not available. If we are out of stock of a particular bloom, a close replacement will be chosen, whilst still maintaining the integrity of the proposed look and colour scheme of the arrangement.

If your requirement is specific, we do ask that you contact us in advance to ensure your exact item will be in stock and sent to you.

We will not replace, credit or refund in such cases. Please select carefully.


Prices, GST and taxes 

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST (where applicable).

By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders. 

We reserve the right to change the prices of our Goods at any time without notice to you.

Change or Cancellation of Orders

We cannot cancel or make changes to an order once payment process has been made and/or item/s have been dispatched. Please refer to our refund and exhange policy.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order means you are ordering an item not currently in stock to purchase. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that your order will be shipped by the estimated date described under the item. Orders are dispatched as a whole so if you purchase an available item with a pre-order item, the available item will be sent when the pre-order item is available. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away, please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply. We will keep you informed with any issues or delays with your order.

Please note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

There are no refunds or exchanges available for sale items. Purchases are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
