Fresh florals, how does it work?
Fresh floral bunches change from week to week depending on what is available at the market. The images you see on our website and our social media platforms are examples of our style and not what flowers or colour way you will always receive in your order.
Please allow at least 48 hours' notice on some of our fresh floral range. We source and order in advance to ensure premium floral selection and seasonal availability to meet the needs of these arrangements. If your order is placed without 48 hours' notice, your order may be cancelled.

How long do everlasting floral orders take to create?
Production times vary depending on design, size and stock availability. We will endeavor to have your item/s made as soon as possible.
For ‘made to order’ products allow at least 2 weeks.
Do you do Customs?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our ability to create custom bespoke florals. Feel free to contact us via email or Instagram to discuss your floral vision.
Will my everlasting florals arrive as pictured?
Please keep in mind that floral stems do come in different shapes, sizes and colour meaning that no two arrangements will be 100% identical.
We do reserve the right to make substitutions in the event flowers are not of the quality or not available. If we are out of stock of a particular bloom, a close replacement will be chosen, whilst still maintaining the integrity of the proposed look and colour scheme of the arrangement.
How long will my dried flowers last?
Dried & Preserved flowers can last for years when shown a little bit of after care.
Read more about how to care for your dried flowers here.
Why are dried & preserved flowers so expensive?
Dried & preserved flowers are great value for money. Although prices certainly vary a lot between vendors, you can expect an arrangement to cost you substantially more than fresh flowers.
Here's a bit of a perspective:
Say a bunch of fresh flowers costs you $50, but only lasts for a week, you are paying $7 a day
On the other hand, let's say an everlasting arrangement costs you $100, but lasts 1 year (that's definitely an understatement), in which case you're only paying 27 cents a day!
Do you deliver or can I pick up?
Yes! Aboslutely!
You can read more about delivery and pickup here.
