Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Local delivery is available during the week Thursday and Friday between 12noon and 6pm. Weekend delivery is available Saturday & Sunday morning only between 9am and 12pm.
Local delivery is available within 50km of our Margaret River home studio. We are unable to give you an exact delivery time. Your preferred times are noted but not guaranteed.
Please provide your postcode during checkout to confirm if you are eligible for local delivery. If your delivery address is located beyond our delivery zones, please contact us for a delivery quote and specific date outside of those currently available.
Please note that we do not deliver to hospitals or PO Boxes.

Sender Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide:
- Correct and accurate address and contact details for the recipient.
- Clear delivery instructions to ensure successful order delivery (e.g. gate access code).
- Confirmation that the recipient will be present or confirmation of a safe place to leave the delivery if the recipient will not be in attendance.
Re-deliveries
We may charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver an order, in the event:
- The address provided is unattended and there is no safe place to leave the item.
- The address details are incorrect.
- The property is inaccessible.
- The delivery is rejected by the recipient.
Our delivery policy is to attend the address provided on the date & time requested. If for any reason the delivery cannot be fulfilled, such as those listed above, the driver will wait five minutes to contact the recipient and the sender. If contact is unsuccessful, the delivery will be cancelled, and the item returned to our Margaret River home studio.
Upon return, we will contact the sender to organise re-delivery for a later date. Any re-deliveries will be accepted upon payment of an additional delivery fee respective to the relevant delivery zone.
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil a delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the sender and offer next available delivery or a full refund.

Delivery zone parameters are determined by postcode radius from our home studio. Please refer to the list below to confirm if we deliver to your area and the applicable delivery fee.

LOCAL PICKUP
Addy & Co is an online store and, as such, has no store front. However, pickup is available from our home studio located in Margaret River, Western Australia.
If desired, you are welcome to select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. If this option is selected, you will receive an email to confirm your order, and a day/time will be organized.
Collections are strictly by appointment only.
SHIPPING
We offer Australia wide Shipping only.
In Stock & Pre-made products will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made to Order products allow 7-14 business days for items to be made prior to dispatch.
Any large/bulky Interstate orders are shipped within 7 days & will take 5-10 days to deliver using a third-party courier service.
Your order will be packaged carefully to ensure it arrives safely. While the utmost care has been used to pack your order and the parcels marked fragile appropriately, we do not control timeframes or how they control their services. We are not responsible for & will not pay for any loss, damages, costs or expenses related to a third-party courier’s delivery service included (but not limited to) any damages caused to the goods once the goods are loaded by the courier at our premises or during transport & delivery.
Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature, large vase arrangements, Wall Hangings and Wreaths cannot be transported safely and are excluded from shipping.

Standard Flat Rate (5-10 Business Days) = $15.95
Express Flat Rate (1-4 Business Days) = $18.95
Australia-wide shipping is available for most items in the online store. Unfortunately, due to their fragile nature, vase arrangements and botanical wall hangings cannot be safely transported; hence, are excluded from shipping options. Any items that can be shipped will be stated accordingly in the product description.
We use Australia Post and TeamGE to ship our items. For lost orders, please contact Australia Post or MyteamGe
Please note, additional fees may apply for large or bulky/heavy items. The shipping fee is calculated post check out. You will receive an invoice for any differences after checkout, which is calculated on the item/s purchased, their weight, dimensions and the delivery address.
